Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Hendry Equestrian. We know it isn't always easy shopping online so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase - please download and complete our returns form and send back with your return. Please send all Returns to:Returns Dept, Hendry Equestrian Shop, Little Spott House, Little Spott, Dunbar, EH42 1RH.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please check our website for up to date stock.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Special Order/Custom Products

Please note that the below items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly advise customers to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.

The outer shellis constructed from lightweight and close-fitting TPU, which absorbs shocks against the fetlock created by strike impacts, landing and turning. This anatomically moulded shell covers a soft and protective lining with air vents that match the outer casing, allowing air to flow through the boot and keep the joint cool. Easily secured with double over-locking Velcro closures, these pony fetlock boots provide protection and a professional look for ponies 14hh and under. Available in Black. Complete the look with theLeMieux Junior Pro Tendon Boots.

Care Instructions

Not suitable for machine washing. Hand wash in warm water (max 30 degrees).
